Have you ever gazed at your reflection in the mirror, wrestling with the thought, “Am I strong enough?” If you have – and we all have at some point – this post is for you.

A memory from my past comes back vividly from when I worked in the rat race as a city worker. Every day, staring at excel spreadsheets, stuck in an uninspiring environment, I felt as weak and impotent as a wilting leaf. Lost in the mechanical routine, it was hard to believe, almost laughable, that I, Tim Han, was strong enough to do anything more meaningful.

Then, the unexpected happened. I was thrust into a position of responsibility at my job, Further solidifying the notion that there's nothing like a moment of crisis to make us question our resilience. Yet, these moments, when we feel most powerless, can be our most profound teachers.

So, what can we learn from them?

Would it surprise you to learn that the answer is nothing less than… everything? Take the simple fact of human perseverance. For instance, think about Thomas Edison, who famously said, “I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.” He did not question his strength despite thousands of failed attempts before finally inventing the light bulb.

What if I told you that you possess the same strength? What if you are indeed strong enough, not despite the challenges you have faced, but because of them?

My early experiences in the corporate world may have left me feeling powerless, but they also drove me to seek something more. An intense longing for fulfillment transformed into the birth of Success Insider, a gesture of rebellion against an uninspiring existence.

It's important not to abandon ourselves when things become challenging. Being strong doesn't mean overcoming every obstacle at the onset. Sometimes, it's about enduring, persisting.

Consider this: resilience is like a muscle. And, just as muscles are built through exercise, our resilience is built through overcoming challenges. Muscles, when strained, tear and rebuild themselves stronger than before. Similarly, as we strive, fail, learn, and keep pushing forward, we too become strongerβ€”emotionally, mentally, even spiritually.

When you question your strength, I want you to remember the sheer guts it takes to dare, to want more, to believe in more. By merely existing in a world that is so often unpredictable and overwhelming, you are demonstrating an inherent strength.

Finding our strength is not always about changing who we are. It's about acknowledging and celebrating the strength already within us – and using that as a force to propel us forward.

So, permit me to ask you this reflective question: Is it possible that you are, indeed, strong enough – that you've always been?

From my journey in creating the LMA course, which has positively impacted hundreds of individuals, I learned an essential lesson. Strength is not a trait exclusive to the chosen few but an intrinsic element of our human essence, a narrative that's woven into every chapter of our life journey.

As you face your daily struggles and challenges, remember that you ARE strong enough. Never forget that beneath your doubts and fears lies a wellspring of strength and courage, ready to be channeled into something extraordinary.

As you question your strength, pause. Take a deep, meditative breath and affirm to yourself: ‘I am strong enough.' Because you are. You always have been. And you always will be.

So, take a leap of faith. Believe in that strength. Use it and watch as it transforms your world, your reality, just as it has changed mine. Because when you believe in the endurance of your spirit, there really is nothing that you cannot accomplish.

Always remember, “You ARE strong enough. Never forget.” Unleash your strength. Now is the time to lean into it more than ever. The world needs the best of you, the strongest of you, now.
