Looking back on the journey that unfolded, I, Tim Han, often ponder this intriguing question. Admittedly, while there are many things that I could say to that eager kid, braving the storms of youth, a few persistently arrive at the forefront.

My first words would be a heartfelt, compassionate assurance – “It's okay to feel lost”. There were times when the world muddled into a confusing chaos, a maze with no apparent way out; but here's a truth I learned: Every confusion, every lost path forms the stepping stones for our learning experience. So listen to me, dear younger self, you may stumble, you may fall, but through it all, you will discover untold strengths and capabilities.

Next, I'll tell that bright-eyed kid, “Embrace being different and never shy away from standing out”. Growth doesn’t come from sameness, from following crowds. It comes when we dare to swim against the current, challenge status quo and open ourselves to the realm of the unique and innovative. Success Insider, the global personal development education company, was born from such an insistent desire to stand out, to provide value that wasn’t readily available.

Learning from my wise mentors, and my own experiences, shaping the LMA course, I've realized one crucial truth of life: “Chasing approval, fitting in is a race you can never win”. The years spent chasing approval was like building castles on quicksand; the hard work crumbles, sinks before you know it. I've learned that self-approval, self-contentment are what truly matter.

“Failures are the stepping stones to success.” Might seem a cliché now but believe me, it's a road I've traveled and found its truth; for every failure, every roadblock, was nothing but a detour to a better destination, a role-play giving a much-needed lesson, making way for the inception and success of Success Insider.

The essence of life and personal development isn't just about striving for success. It's also about kindness and empathy. Looking back, I'd tell my younger self, “Tim, sprinkle compassion, help others, for in uplifting others, we uplift ourselves more”.

And, finally, I'll whisper – “Treasure moments, linger on the feelings, not the things”. Over time, most things lose their novelty, their shine. But the warmth of cherished moments, the whirlwind of emotions tied to them, they never fade.
